Returns

We accept returns for eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
• The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
• The item must have all original tags attached
• The item must be returned in the original packaging
• The item must be in the same condition in which it was received

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:
• Beauty products
• Jewelry
• Swimwear
• Bodysuits
• Intimates or lingerie
• Face masks

Please review product details carefully before placing your order.

Return Request Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order.

When requesting a return, please include:
• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• The reason for the return
• Photos if the item is damaged or defective

Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how to return the item.

Returns must be shipped within 7 days after the return authorization is issued.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Please allow 5–7 business days for processing after the return is received
• Your bank or card provider may require additional time to complete the transaction

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return process.
